Gift It's mission is to take full advantage of the Company Program offered by Junior Achievement by experiencing all aspects in a real company operation and be socially responsible to the community. Our objective is to be the number one company in Junior Achievement of Central Ontario.
We are a Junior Achievement Student Company striving to establish a stable,
organized company that takes full advantage of company potential through its
input and output. Gift It mission is to set the standard for all Junior
Achievement Student Companies.
Gift It's executive members all possess a wide range of credentials, leadership
skills, expertise, and are willing to tackle any obstacles that may arise in the
future. The team is determined to reach their full potential, planning on the
sales of at least two products. The company’s boundless enthusiasm and optimism
will undoubtedly be the fuel for success.
From the incorporation of the company, the team of Gift It has come together to
work cooperatively. Regardless of any conflicts that may arise, the team will be
able to cooperate and resolve issues in a professional fashion.
With this in mind, the executive members have put a great deal of effort into
minimizing the hierarchy of the business to ensure that all members feel
involved and are willing to participate in company goals. This in turn
establishes a huge asset to the company.
